TPS7A30: Output voltage accuracy at Tj=-30℃~70℃

Part Number: TPS7A30
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A25,

Hello Support team,

Do you have any characteristic data of output voltage accuracy of TPS7A30 at Tj=-30℃~70℃ like Figure 1 and 2 in TPS7A25 datasheet? If you have, please share with us.
If not, could you let me know the accuracy at Tj=40℃ and 70℃?

Best Regards,
Hirokazu Takahashi

  • HI Takahashi-san,

We do not have data points at -30 and 70C.  Looking at the data, the accuracy gets worse below 0C. So the worst case is -40C. This is what drives the 2.5% max on the datasheet. Above 25C, it looks like we are better than 1.5%

    I hope this helps.

  • Hello John-san

    Thanks for your support.
We want to know the accuracy of both TPS7A30 and TPS7A25 at our actual condition.
If you haven't data, could you simulating or measure it?
In case of measurement, could you please measure at least 5 samples? 10 samples is nice to have.

    TPS7A30
    ・Vout=-6V, Iout=-5mA, Tj=-10~80℃
    TPS7A25
    ・Vout=6V, Iout=5mA, Tj=-10~80℃

    Best Regards,
    Hirokazu Takahashi

  • HI Takahashi-san,

We do not have specific data for the above conditions. I am checking to see if I can get better details. Looking at some of the available data we do have from 25-85C, the accuracy is much better than -40 to 125C.

I am not sure if we have the devices in Tucson to measure. but will check on this as well.

    Regards,
