LM4041-N-Q1: Accuracy Drift Over Time

Part Number: LM4041-N-Q1

Hello,

Is there data available regarding accuracy drift over time?

Or is there a way to quantify the possible accuracy drift over time?

Thanks,

Jesse

  • Hi Jesse,

Yes there is a way. I would use the "reverse breakdown voltage long-term stability" to estimate the long term drift.

This value a can be used with the formula from the blog post below to have a very conservative estimate of the drift over time.

In this case it would be 120ppm*sqrt(hr/1000hr) = drift for values over 1k
