Hi Sir,

We are doing for open/short test.

If possible damage chip cause Vin 5V into EN pin if take away R14 (for FB)?

Chip is damage now...

    Hi Ian,

    You are conducting a short/open circuit test where R14 is connected and disconnected to FB pin while EN is tie to 5V supply. And during the test, the device was damaged. Is it correct?

    Please check the voltage waveforms across Vin , FB and EN pins during the open/short test. The device should not exceed the absolute maximum rating.

    1. FB pin: -0.3V to +3.6V

    2. EN pin: -0.3V to Vin +0.3V

    3. SW pin: -0.3V to Vin +0.3V
