Maximum Drain-to-source voltage is the VIN/SW ABS maximum voltage, 30V in datasheet.
Maximum duty is near to 100%, but it's not true 100% because when the Bootstrap cap voltage is down to 2.1V, the low-side FET would be forced on to charge the bootstrap cap.
Maximum current is the high-side current limit, 3.2A typical in datasheet.

1) what i'm trying to say is the voltage between VIN to SW. (it means maximum drain-to-source voltage of high-side mosfet of it's inside circuit.

1) VIN ABS maximum votlage is high-side FET drain to source maximum voltage because SW would be GND when low-side FET turns on.
3) High-side current limit is actually the peak current in the inductor.
