Hello, 

We found limited discussion of the ILIM parameter in the datasheet and would like clarification to what ILIM is. What's the difference between ILIM and IMAX?

    Hi Bryce,

    ILIM is part of protection circuit which used to limit output current, in case IREF pin short to GND. It is higher than IMAX, but the block was not specifically designed, spec variation is large. It cannot be used at normal situation.
