This device has an oscillator. And the clock frequency is defined as below.

Those spec include the aging (deterioration)?

The customer would like to know the deterioration of the clock frequency over time.

Does the frequency tend to increase with time? Or does it tend to go down?

Hello Koji Hamamoto,

I am not aware of any data regarding the effect of time on the Osc. frequency.
The variations of frequency should be included in the +/-4% range as published.
I believe the effect of temperature is more significant than effect of time on the frequency.
But since the Osc. frequency variations with temperature are compensated as much as possible, it does not always go higher or lower with temperature.
