TPS61021A: Do you have data how much current TPS61021A can output at start-up?

Hi Team,

I understand TPS61021A is recommended no load at start-up.

1)
Do you have data how much current TPS61021A can output at start-up?
I suppose Vin=0.9V and Vout=1.8V in this case.

2)
Is there any device that can output more than TPS61021A at start-up?
My customer's requirement is the following.
Vin: 0.9V
Vout: 1.8V
Iout (max): 1A
