TPS63805: Vin quiescent current measuring

And if you want to test the Iq, you can set it with EN=Vin=3.6V, Vout=3.3V,  and Mode=low, FB higher than 500mV (like 550 mv. ) The result can be a reference. 

For the spec shown in datasheet, we have a standard process and test bench. It's complex for customer.
