UCD9081: What is maximum allowed junction temperature and ESD rating for this device

Hi Experts!

Can someone provide the maximum rated junction temperature and the ESD ratings for this device?

I don't see max operating junction temperature anywhere in the datasheet.

There is a note in the datasheet that the ESD table was added in Rev C, but I don't see the information.

    Hello Jim

    For UCD9081, The max operation temperature(TA) is the same as max operation junction(TJ). So it is 85C.

    The ESD rating is as below:

    HBM (100pF,1500 Ohms) with +/- 2kV
    MM (200pF, 0 Ohms) with +/- 100v
    CDM with +/- 500V
