Hello Michiaki,

The max input current is defined by the VIN/VOUT ratio you have.

The output current will be limited by the current limit, 2.8A typical in your case.

What is your input and output voltage? You can estimate your maximum input current to be Iinmax=~(Ioutmax*VOUT)/VIN

Ioutmax being 2.8A.
