TPS40200-HT: TPS40200HT component suggestion

Part Number: TPS40200-HT

Hi team,

Good day. Our customer is using TPS40200HT  to achieve three power supplies with an output of 3.3V 5v and 8.25V. They are looking for a  FET and diode that is compatible with their design and would work above 175C. Do you have any parts suggestions? Thank you.

    Hi,

    The parts also depend on the load and input voltage, if customer care about 175 TJ they can just choose AEC-Q101 qualified and in manufacture website filter choose 175C for MOSFET (e.g. SQ1431EH, -30V, -3A) and Diode (VS-6TQ035S-M3, 35V, 6A). Normally we don't recommend other manufacture's products for customers which are highly depends on they application. They can choose one and we can help review, thanks.
