The Output line (pin 1) of the TPS2051BDBV which goes to the VBUS (Pin 6) of TPD4S012DRYR (U26) - has 2 LARGE caps to ground – do they REALLY need to be THAT big? Seems overkill to me.

In general, one 100uF cap is enough.
But it depends on customer's application scenario.
All suggested to add one 0.1uF cap.
