Now there is one issue in the field that our BBU cannot charge to 100% RSOC from the log. May I know the reason?
Below is log from the field, the full charge capacity is 12.15Whr, remaining capacity is 10.68Whr. however, from the cell voltage, we can consider it should be reach 100% RSOC from my experience. and our design capacity is 10.56Whr.

One background is that we cannot update Qmax in the field because of the temp limit and 37% delta energy limit. And we will discharge 25% energy and then charge to full every 10 days. I can share you our .gg file by email if you need.
