TPS22860: Load switching of 6V with 3V MSP430

Hello,

I have a project where I want to switch a 6V load with a MSP430. I thought I will take two 3V CR2032 and use it in the shown manner. The question is now if the TPS22860 is connected correctly. Or should I rather connect both VIN and VBIAS to the 6V ? The load goes between the signal "load" on the output of the TPS22860 and GND.
