At light load, the inductor current is low (valley current ~0A if using ECO-mode, and even negative current if in FCCM, and peak current can also be low, near zero especially with large inductor value) which will affect the SW rise/fall times compared to what you will see at higher currents when the inductor current is higher to force the body diodes to turn on. What you are seeing is normal. There should not be a risk of shoot through as the LS FET is turned off where you see the SW node start to rise, and HF FET is turned off where you see the SW node start to fall.

Based on what I have seen on the default EVM at full load conditions, the dead time should be around 10-12ns.
