LM25066A: LM25066A PGD goes low

Part Number: LM25066A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25066

Hi TI experts,

I used LM25066A for 12V hotswap design. We have one issue is that PGD goes low which trigger system shutdown (PGD low is monitored by FPGA and then it shut the board).

However, when we read the fault register E1, both are 0x0 before and after the PG low issue. Does this mean the PG is actually NOT driven low by LM25066A itself? If not, when PG goes low, which status bit should be flagged?

We are suspecting either of below reason:

1. 12V glitch trigger FB threshold (10.8V) and then PG goes low driven by LM25066A itself (in this case, any register be flagged?)

2. Noise coupling on PGD line which falsely trigger FPGA to shut down the board (in this case, PGD is still open drain, will anything can be flagged?

Thanks
