TPS1HB50-Q1: Only two pins available from MCU

Hello, Team,

Due to a restriction in the design, customer only have two pins from MCU for TPS1HB50-Q1.

Is it possible for TPS1HB50-Q1 to only use EN for ON/OFF switching, SNS for an overcurrent detection, and ILIM for a current limit setting?

    Oinaga-san,

    You are able to do this, however one note to make here is that you would have to pull the DIA_EN pin permanently up in this case in order to get a reading from the SNS pin. When DIA_EN is high, diagnostics are enabled and the operating current is increased to 3mA to 6mA (see IDIA in the datasheet). You are able to tie SEL/LATCH to whichever level is required for the application.
