TPS2051B: Can TPS2051B be used for turning DisplyPort 3.3V terminal on/off?

 Hello guys,

 One of my customers is considering using TPS2051B for their new products.

 They have the following question about this device. Could you please give me your reply?

 Q. We want to use TPS2051B for on/off switching of 3.3V output terminal of DisplayPort connector.

      Can TPS2051B be used for the switching?

    I am not sure whether the DP has any special requirement.

    TPS2051B is a switch with current limit, overheat, fault indicator etc.

    It depends on customer's requirement to use this.
