    Below is feedback from our marketing team.

    The difference between the four materials is related to the shipment packaging approach (aka Tray or Tape& Reel) and if that pack material is marked with the TI catalog part number or the US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) part number (aka US military assigned VID number), here is a link to the DLA’s VID program https://landandmaritimeapps.dla.mil/Downloads/MilSpec/Misc/vidrelease.pdf . All four orderables are identical in die, test and device package.  

    The TPS7H4010MRNPSEP (and V62/19623-01XE-T) ship package is in a tray and this allows our production warehouse to pack any quantity the customer requested. Minimum order size is 1 unit. 

    The TPS7H4010MRNPTSEP (and V62/19623-01XE)  ship package is a 250 unit Tape & Reel and since it is a Tape & Reel pack our production warehouse can’t create partial shipments so the for these item the minimum order size is 250 units.
