Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400, BQSTUDIO, BQEVSW,
We bought a battery with a BQ34Z100 fuel gauge that we are not being able to communicate to with our own electronics. To try to solve this we bought a EV2400 board so that we could use the windows software to communicate with the chip.
Unfortunately we have not had any success with it either. We have tried with the software on BQ34Z100 page (https://www.ti.com/product/BQ34Z100) and also BQStudio ( https://www.ti.com/tool/BQSTUDIO) we are connecting the SDA, SCL and GND to port 2 of the EV2400 but none of the softwares is able to communicate with the chip.
We have plugged the battery to a power supply with a small charging current so that the chip is awake.
Any help would be appreciated.
