We are using Molicel (INR18650K) cells for 4S1P battery pack. We have programmed the correct chemistry of the cell, but still the value of remaining capacity and full charge capacity (4191mAh) is above the pack's standard capacity(2600mAh). Also, the absolute and relative state of charge value is above 100%. What would be the problem and how to clear it? Cell imbalancing occurs when we try to discharge it to run a learning cycle. We have done the same procedure for other pack, but it works fine. Will there be problem in Cells or Gas gauge window?
Is there any changes we have to make? Should we make calibration?
