Hi Team,
you can use LM63615 spice model.

I have already answered your email you sent me.
Hello,
1- Can I consider the PSPICE model of the LM63615 reliables for my simulations considering that my real part will be the LM63610? Of course my output current will be less than 1 A
2- Similarly, I did my design using TI Webench but using the part number LM62615 since the LM63610 is not available. Then I consider my simulation results valid if output current if well inside the 1A?
3- Finally, can I understand that P/N LM63610, LM63615, LM63625 and LM63635 are equivalent for light loads e.g. <1A
Thank you
LM63615 model will give you accurate representation of LM63610 device.
Your webench results for LM63615 would be good for LM63610 design.
More or less the light load operation is equivalent between those devices. The point at which light load mode engages varies slightly.
