Dear Sir/Ms.
My customer needs a boost type, 3V boost to 3.3V with a load current of 0.3A, the minimum Vin voltage is 1.5V, and Vout is fixed at 3.3V.
In product application, Vin needs to Bypass to Vout when the boost IC is not enabled. I can refer the customer to the following picture.
In addition, the quiescent current of the product cannot be higher than 6uA, so Enbale Pin is required.
I recommend the customer LM2623, but the internal PCB space of the product is limited and I hope to use the SOT23-5 or SOT23-6 package.
What I am introducing to the customer is TPS61023, I would like to ask if there is a more suitable one than TPS61023?
