TPS1H100-Q1: Replace TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1 with TPS27S100

Hi Team,

Our customer already build a board for an application with TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1. Currently the TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1 is out of stock. He would like to confirm if the the commercial grade device, TPS27S100, which has the same package of 14-pin HTSSOP will work on their application. I understand that there are differences on pins 13 and 14, but aside from this are there any other electrical specifications that will significantly affect their application?

Danilo,

The devices will be the same- with the exception that the TPS27S100 is the industrial version and does not have all of the automotive qualifications. Pin 13 and Pin14 are the same- the notation was just updated to match the latest generations of high side switches.
