I am trying to drive 1W white led using TPS54200EVM-818, the input VIN voltage is 5V and power supply is cable of sourcing 2A, the PWM signal is generated from micro-controller, PWM signal passes via voltage divider then to T9 pin on TPS54200EVM-818.
Fig: Voltage divider circuit
as seen in the PWM signal oscilloscope screen capture, when i try to exceed the 66.18% duty cycle in PWM dimming mode, the led does not lurn on, but in the when the duty cycle is 66.18% or less the led turns on just fine, beyond duty cycle of 66.18% the led turns on for a flash around 4.1V and turns off.
what could be a problem over here ?
