I run test on LM2623 EVM. With empty load, apply 3.3V/300mA to the input. But the EVM sinks all the current and pull the input voltage to ~0V.
Any suggestion?

Hi Hugo,
It looks like somewhere is short so input voltage is pulled to ~0V.
Is there is a new EVM? Have you used DMM to test the SW to GND resistance?
Hi Zack,
I have tried two new EVM. But the result is the same.
There is no HW short.
Hi Hugo,
Please make sure the power supply current limit is high enough. Could you share the startup waveform?
