BQ24735: BQ24735 with processor under linux

Hi,

we manage the BQ24735 development kit with a som module on linux. and when we turn off the som. the BQ24735 stop charging battery. is it normal? how can i solve this problem?

Hi Lionel,

I'm not familiar with your SOM, but Section 9.4.1 in the BQ24735 datasheet lists the conditions that will stop charging. Please check whether turning off your SOM causes any of the following conditions. I suggest reading back all of the BQ24735's registers both before and after turning off your SOM so that we can see how the register values changed.
