my customer is currently foreseeing the TPS2HB16-Q1 in a BMS design and they would like to know if there is a limit in for this device with respect to the frequency of operation of their application (between 20 - 25 KHz)? Chapter 9.3.3.5 in the datasheet takes as an example a 250 Hz but there isn't any limit mentioned in the datasheet.

In general, the devices cap out at around 1khz. Anything above this the common strategy is to combine the high side switch with a low side switch, and then use the low side switch to do the high frequency switching such as:
