BQ25886: D+/D-

Hi,

My system have one type-c port for charging and communication use.

If in my system have another MCU need communication via D+/D-,

and I also need BQ25886 use D+/D- for BC1.2 detection, can I connect this 2 path together?

    Jeff,

    If you will be connecting them directly, you will need to wait until the BC1.2 detection is complete before beginning data communication. This BC1.2 detection normally takes about two seconds maximum and then the BQ25886 pins will go into HIZ.
