hi,
My customer use TPS65988DK + TPS55288 for TBT4 monitor.
when connect type C cable with NB, 988 sends comment to 55288 for 20V output. very soon, 55288 is damaged and Vout is short to ground.
I jump wire from customer's main board to TPS55288 EVM. The evm works well. It means that the fw of 988dk is correct and the issue is from their board or layout.
Do you know where I can check?
