BQ25895 - PMID boost mode works, but don't charge the battery

Yes, at this moment the /CE is low. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ?

The charger is toggling between terminated and not terminated. What is the voltage at the BAT pin of the charger? Is there a resistive connection between the BAT and the battery?

The voltage at the BAT pin (K1 connector) is 3,840V.

No, the connection was made with the batteries directly on K1 connector, like is in the schematic that I sent.

Maybe the only resistive connection is the protection circuit.

Complementing, without the battery, the BAT pin (of BQ25895) voltage is 4,189V. When I measured the voltage on K1, was 4,182V. Yet without the battery, I measured the impedance from K1 pin 1 (bat-) and the Q2 pin 1 (GND), and was 0,3 Ohms.

When I powered the system on the first time, the battery protection was open (on the Q2 mosfets).
Searching the BQ29700 datasheet, I made a short circuit of V- pin of BQ29700 to VSS pin and the mosfets connected the battery to the charger circuit. To test this connection, I forced the BQ25895 to boost mode, and the PMID voltage went to 5,122V.
