BQ25898EVM-730: PCB Routing (Fanout)

Part Number: BQ25898EVM-730
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25898

Hi,

I would like to know what is the best way to connect the Pins of the BQ25898 on a PCB layout.

I am using the EVAL Board but the Layout examples in the documentation are useless because off their exceptionally low resolution.

Question 1:

Is there a way to get a high resolution format so I can see how the IC is connected on the Eval PCB?

Question 2:

It appears the noisy SW (switching) signal of the Inductor is routed inside the board using vias. This is hard to believe so please explain why this is done this way and not given priority and  routed on the top layer as I would have expected?

Thanks,

Fred
