How to use this chip(with WQFN packaging) on breadboard?or is there any method to convert WQFN to DIP?

Santosh,

You have to make a socket board to convert WQFN to DIP. Also, BQ25700A has several power pins need a high current and frequency operation. So, the socket board cannot support converter runs at higher power.
