Hello:

I use EV2300 to communicate with bq78350r1,Communication is normal and the address is shown as 0x0B on EV2300..

But I measure the SMBUS waveform, which shows the address as 0x05

I want to know how to explain it?

Hi Laker,

The bqStudio dashboard display with the chip picture typically displays the read address. The default address for the bq78350-R1 is 0x16 (write) and 0x17 (read), a typical display might be figure 11 of the bq76930 and bq76940 Evaluation Module User's guide showing 0x17.

It seems you have a special address of 0x0A and 0x0B. bqStudio shows 0x0B and the address on the bus to write to the part is 0x0A as shown (0b00001010).
