BQ34110: Need help setting the registers in BQ34110

Hi Support team

My customer is using a customer version of this  battery 

and they are asking for help setting up the registers in the bq34110. The battery a LiFePO4 in a 4S9P setup, but in a different shape and higher 10A max charging current..

Do we have a set up for this? or any experience working with this battery vendor?

    Hi Jeff,
    This device should be able to support these requirements. We can help choose the register settings, but many of the settings depend on the needs of their system. For example, voltage thresholds need to be configured for the ALERT pins and margin should be accounted for depending on minimum system voltage requirements. Also, do they have access to the specs for the individual cells (min/max voltage, typical capacity, manufacturer and model number)?
