Team: A customer pointed out that our LM4040AIZ datasheet is showing some conflicting information about pin out connections of the TO-92 between the package drawings on pages 4 & 68 vs the table on page 4. Cusotmer believe the view on page 68 showing the pin numbers is a bottom view which shows pin #3 on the left. If we rotate this view 180 degrees to bring the flat side from the bottom to the top of the view, we get the drawing a shown on page 4 which places pin #3 on the right. This would indicate that the Anode is connected to pin #3. But the table shows the Anode connection to pin #1. They require verification as to which is correct please. See datasheet from below link.
