I has a 30W DC/DC application use ATL432B but when ambient temp rise, regulated output was high then more out spec, fail ic replace good ic function is normal fail ic sill fail.
set as: burning 1hr that 2.5V will rise to 2.6V, vin=17V out=15V/2A Vref=2.6(out spec) Temp=78C
