Hi team,

I want to know the output voltage.
The formula of VKA and Vo is different from each.
Please let me know why you have two kinds of VKA and Vo and which one to use.

    Hi Hayashi,

    The Vka and Vo can be interchangeable depending on the schematic. Vka = cathode voltage and Vo = output voltage. In schematics like figure 27 the Vka = Vo and the equation for Vo is valid for Vka.
    In schematics like figure 30, Vka is not Vo. But the equation for Vo is still valid. The voltage on Vka cannot be calculated because it depends on the feedback on the FET.
