LMG5200: Looking for similar working at 400V

Hi, I am looking for a driver that would allow me to drive two GaN FET at 400V from 4MHz to 10MHz or better a solution similar to LMG5200 at 400V instead of 80V. (and no I don't plan on using 5 LMG5200 ;-) )

Two LMG3410 could help but if I am not wrong it works only up to 1MHz.

    Hi Stephane,

    thank you for your interest in our drivers.

    I think that the best fit for this application is our UCC21520 isolated dual-channel driver, which can operate up to 5MHz and 1500V.

    Note that this part might have up to 6.3V as driver output as it is designed for MOSFETs.

    Hi Alberto,

    Thanks for your feedback. In fact i already have a circuit design for MOSFET up to 2MHz and GaN up to 4MHz. What I am looking for is a driver for my GaN FET half bridge to switch 400V above 5MHz and up to 10MHz. The solution I have now wit hdriver and transistors all in one is great but limited to 80V or 100V depending on drivers.

    unfortunately we do not offer drivers capable of higher frequency than you have currently reached above 100V of operation.
