I am checking about driving ability(TPS65197).

So, Could you please simulate according to the conditions of the attached document?

    Hello Hiroki,

    We guarantee a minimum slew rate of 50V/us on a 4.7nF capacitor (a pure capacitor is the worst case load for a level shifter because no resistive current limit).

    In your load setup, the first part is a resistor which will limit the current already.

    TPS65197 is designed to deliver more than 300mA peak currents. Please find here a TINA simulation with a voltage supply with 1ps rise and fall times. You can observe that the needed peak current for your load is below 200mA, so the drive capability of TPS65197 is high enough to drive this load.
