My customer want to know how to measure TLV70030 and TLV70018 PSRR. Colud you kindly help to answer how to measure PSRR on TLV70030 and TLV70018? Thanks a lot!!

Hi Ann_Lien,

figure 11 of datasheet gives a hint: Apply an input voltage to the TLV70018 which has a DC component of at least 3.3V and an AC component of 1.0Vp (sine). This will make your input voltage periodically change between 2.3V and 4.3V. Now observe the output ripple of regulator by the help of a scope. Divide the input ripple by the output ripple, take the decadic logarithm and multiply by 20. Then you will get the PSRR. Now vary the frequency of sine (AC component) and repeat the measurement.

The same is valid for the TLV70030 but chose a DC component of at least 4.5V.
