I have a question about the TPS61175 converter. I'm trying to boost 3.6V to 12V @ 0.5A. I used the reference design from Webench but it can only output 130mA before the voltage starts dropping. Seems to me that the input current limit is being triggered, but only at ~560mA with 3.6V input. With a 5V input, the converter sources 190mA, and the input current protection also trips at about 560mA. The inductor has a 6.4A sat current (Coilcraft, XAL5050-682MEB)
Isn't the limit supposed to be 3A? what am I doing wrong?
