TLV62065 100kHz output voltage ripple under PFM mode

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV62065, TPS62097, TLV62084

modification on TLV62065 EVM according to customer's requirements:

item original value current value
C4 22uF 4.7uF
C1 10uF 1uF
L 1.2uH 1uH

select PFM mode

set load=1A, observe the output voltage ripple as the below picture shows.

It can be observed that besides 3MHz switching ripple, an obvious 100kHz low frequency ripple occurs. BNC connector is already used.

My question is where does the 100kHz ripple come from? and why it occurs? Thanks
