TPS40170: Vout is connected to capacitor through cable

Part Number: TPS40170

TPS40170 circuit Vout is connected to 560uF capacitor through the cable.
Vin is 36V, Vout is 23V and no load condition.

In this case, I observed Iout oscilation. Please see below. Ch1: Vout, Ch2: Iout.

I think this cause is due to the fact that there is a period that the voltage of 560uF capacitor is higher than the voltage before cable.
I took the waveform. prove is connected to before cable, and probe GND is 560uF capacitor point.

Do you think my idea is right? Please tell me anymore information about this cause if you have.
And do you have any solution for this phenomenon?
