TPS23861: 1000 Base-T PoE Transformer

I want to make a PoE injection using a Jack connector with a SM51625EL PoE transformer. PoE will be controlled with the TPS23861 module.
Looking the Auto Evaluation Mode for TPS23861 (page 27) and the SM51625EL PoE Transformer  I can see that the transformers used are not the same.
