Replace BUK7K18-40E

Hi Experts:

Have we got the device which could replace BUK7K18-40E , should be pin compatible with it.

BUK7K18-40E_Dual N-channel 40 V 19 mΩ_LFPAK56D.pdf

  • Jason,
We don't have anything at 40V. At 60V, we have the CSD88537ND.

The package is slightly different so we are currently investigating whether the two devices are footprint compatible and can use the same recommended PCB footprint.

    Does this require Q101 grade?

    Best Regards!

  • In reply to Brett Barr1:

    Yes, Q101 is required
  • In reply to Jason Fan:

    Jason,
Unfortunately, TI does not support Q101 options for discrete devices, so unfortunately, we are not going to have a solution if that is a requirement.

    Best Regards!
