Hi 

One of My customer is using  MOSFET CSD17559Q5 in one of their products. In the datasheet of the part, in the characterization graphs of Vgs vs Id and Vgs vs Rds on, The characteristics of the mosfets for Vgs below 2V is not clear. Hence request you to share the detailed characterization graphs for the part for Vgs below 2V till 0V on the lower side.

    Thanks for posting.
    Essentially our characterization data only goes down to 2V as the resistance is exponentially increasing, so below 2V this resistance will increase to infinity and hence no data taken, in addition it is not possible to guarantee any level of performance in this region, even if we had data for <2Vgs. This is because all MOSFETs have a process variation and vary with temperature for threshold, when in the region the customer wants to look at, very small shifts (normal in every FET) will have a huge impact on resistance making it impossible to predict performance.
