TINA/Spice/CSD18534KCS: Your spice model does not work with LTSPICE, do you have another SPICE model?

Part Number: CSD18534KCS
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I tried using the OrCad PSpice model available for MOSFET CSD18534KCS and when I try to run the simulation in LTSpice, I get an error indicating that there are too few nodes. Can you please provide a sufficient model for this part for LTSpice?

Thanks,

-Anthony Alexander

  • Anthony,

    Thanks for considering our devices.
You are correct, the models on the web do not work with LTSpice.
We may well have a solution, this would be to use an unencrypted model, this is not something we put on the TI website for proprietary reasons.
If you contact your local TI sales contact they will be able to help you out on this.

Get back to me if you have any issues.
