CSD87350Q5D: power loss estimates - test conditions for efficiency plots in datasheet

Hey I have a quick question.

I am creating a power loss model for CSD87350Q5D and trying to match it to the datasheet. My estimates are a bit high, but I don’t know the test conditions for the datasheet

Is this the losses of just the power block, or the system as a whole, including an inductor?

Is it possible to find out the PWM dead time and the gate driver resistances used for the test?

Thanks for posting.

The losses are simply for the CSD87350Q5D, they are not total system loss.

We do have some materials on power loss that you may find useful.
We have an online tool ( www.ti.com/.../fetpwrcalc ) that you can very quickly and simply input parameters, select a driver or do a custom driver and it will quickly provide an estimate on losses per your conditions.
In addition we have an application note discussing losses, the tool above uses these equations to estimate power loss :- www.ti.com/.../slpa009a.pdf

PWM deadtime was in the 15-20ns range
