Hi,
In our application we are intending to suffer from a lot of turn on and turn off during the component life.
We ran a test in which the component was turned on and off each 1 second to check whether the device will fail or not.
The test lasted 4 days and the result was a huge current leakage in the enable pin.
The current leakage went from ~50pA to ~20mA.
I would like to know if there is a limit for the turn on and turn off ?
